为进一步扩大利用外资，便利境内机构跨境融资，降低实体经济融资成本，根据当前宏观经济和国际收支状况，中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局决定将《中国人民银行关于全口径跨境融资宏观审慎管理有关事宜的通知》（银发〔

号）中的宏观审慎调节参数由

本通知自发布之日起实施。全口径跨境融资宏观审慎管理的其他事宜仍以《中国人民银行关于全口径跨境融资宏观审慎管理有关事宜的通知》为准。
