《中国外汇管理法律全集（单机版）》（以下简称《法律全集》）多媒体光盘，涵盖了我国建国以来发布的所有外汇管理法规以及外汇重要数据和新闻资料，收集了与外汇管理有关的全国人大通过的法律、国务院发布的行政法规及中国人民银行等政府部门发布的规章、国际条约、惯例和司法解释等，是我国迄今为止最完整、最权威的外汇管理法律文库。

对《法律全集》中外汇管理法规的有效和失效情况进行了逐一标注，有助于了解中国外汇管理法规发展的历史轨迹并准确执行现行有效法规。

《法律全集》浏览操作简便，既可以按照分类目录浏览，也可根据法规名称、文号、发布机关、发布时间、正文关键字等多种方式进行检索。
