近日，省长许勤签署河北省人民政府令〔2018〕第3号，颁布了《河北省取水许可管理办法》，明确自2018年9月1日起施行，同时废止2007年4月22日省人民政府公布的《河北省取水许可制度管理办法》（省政府令第〔2007〕第5号）。《河北省取水许可管理办法》的实施将进一步加强我省水资源保护，严控地下水开采，规范取水审批程序，打击违法违规取水行为，对促进节约用水，实现水资源可持续利用具有重要意义。
