国家外汇管理局关于规范货物贸易外汇收支电子单证审核的通知

国家外汇管理局各省、自治区、直辖市分局、外汇管理部，深圳、大连、青岛、厦门、宁波市分局；各中资外汇指定银行：

为进一步促进货物贸易外汇收支便利化，满足外汇指定银行（以下简称银行）和境内机构（以下简称企业）办理外汇业务的电子化需求，国家外汇管理局制定了《货物贸易外汇收支电子单证审核指引》（以下简称《指引》，见附件），现印发你们，请遵照执行，并就有关事宜通知如下：

日起，按照现行货物贸易外汇管理规定和《指引》要求，银行为符合条件的企业办理货物贸易外汇收支时，可以审核其电子单证。

二、国家外汇管理局各分局、外汇管理部接到本通知后，应及时转发辖内中心支局（支局）、地方性商业银行及外资银行。各中资银行收到本通知后，应及时转发下属分支机构。执行过程中如遇问题，请及时向国家外汇管理局反馈。
