《福建省人民政府关于废止〈福建省海域采砂临时用海管理办法〉的决定》已经2018年7月24日福建省人民政府第10次常务会议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。

福建省人民政府关于废止《福建省海域采砂临时用海管理办法》的决定

为了推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革，根据国务院“放管服”改革的有关要求和有关法律法规的规定，现决定废止《福建省海域采砂临时用海管理办法》（2009年7月1日福建省人民政府令第105号发布）。
