平潭综合实验区管委会：

《平潭综合实验区管委会关于调整相对集中行政处罚权的请示》（岚综管〔2018〕44号）收悉。经研究，原则同意平潭综合实验区综合执法局不再集中行使海洋渔业行政管理领域法律、法规、规章规定的行政处罚权，转由平潭综合实验区农村发展局行使。调整后的相对集中行政处罚权执法依据由你区自行公布。
