各州、市人民政府，省直各委、办、厅、局：

经核定，省人民政府同意将巧家马树、富源小海子、鹤庆草海、盈江、宁蒗青龙海、宁蒗拉伯、兰坪箐花甸、香格里拉千湖山等8处湿地列为第二批省级重要湿地，现予公布。

有关州、市、县人民政府要加强管理，设立省级重要湿地界标。各地、有关部门要按照《云南省湿地保护条例》和《云南省人民政府关于加强湿地保护工作的意见》（云政发〔2014〕44号）要求，进一步加强湿地保护工作，科学处理好湿地保护和资源合理利用的关系，充分发挥湿地生态服务功能。
