漳州市人民政府：

你市《关于再次调整福建省近岸海域环境功能区划漳州核电项目近岸海域（2017-2020年）的请示》（漳政〔2018〕30号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：

一、原则同意你市提出的漳州核电项目近岸海域环境功能区划调整方案。

二、调整范围

（一）东山湾二类区（标识号：FJ-137-B-Ⅱ）近岸海域环境功能区划类别、主导功能、辅助功能、执行海水水质标准等不变，面积增加1.09km2。

（二）东山湾漳州核电三类区（标识号：FJ-152-C-Ⅱ）近岸海域环境功能区划类别、主导功能、辅助功能、执行海水水质标准等不变，面积减少1.09km2。（具体见附件）

三、你市要认真贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想，坚持新发展理念，坚决打好污染防治攻坚战，强化近岸海域污染防治，遵守海洋环境保护有关法律法规，认真落实环境功能区划调整后的管理与保障措施，严格执行有关污染物排放标准，强化近岸海域环境功能区水环境监测分析，切实处理好开发与保护的关系，确保近岸海域生态环境安全。
