周宁县人民政府：

你县《关于请求审批周宁县X952礼门至陈峭（政和界）段公路工程建设项目用地的请示》（周政文〔2018〕29号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：

一、同意将周宁县境内农用地32.1424公顷（其中耕地8.2441公顷）、未利用地1.1273公顷转为建设用地。征收周宁县礼门乡常源村水田2.1092公顷、旱地0.7393公顷、林地12.5542公顷、城镇村及工矿用地0.0583公顷、水利设施用地0.1162公顷、未利用土地0.2952公顷，陈峭村水田1.9358公顷、林地0.8628公顷、其他农用地0.6563公顷、城镇村及工矿用地0.553公顷、未利用土地0.3483公顷，礼门村水田0.4881公顷、旱地0.0381公顷、园地0.062公顷、林地2.9642公顷、城镇村及工矿用地0.3204公顷、水利设施用地0.0965公顷、未利用土地0.4467公顷，秋楼村水田2.218公顷、旱地0.7156公顷、园地6.7988公顷、城镇村及工矿用地0.3333公顷、未利用土地0.0371公顷。合计征收集体所有土地34.7474公顷，以划拨方式提供，作为周宁县X952礼门至陈峭（政和界）段公路建设用地。

二、周宁县人民政府须按法定程序和要求组织实施征地，切实做好被征地单位和农民的补偿、安置和社会保障工作。新增建设用地土地有偿使用费、耕地开垦费按规定缴纳。

三、周宁县人民政府须依法办理建设项目农用地转用、土地征收及供地的具体手续。

四、周宁县人民政府要落实生态环境保护有关要求，涉及各类保护区的用地，应严格按法律、法规和有关规定，依法办理相关手续。
